The pictures above are all ones I've completed recently in my sketchbook, and were all done in medium-nib acrylic paint pens, sometimes with some black ink or watercolour pencils, or watercolour paint. They vary in quality and none are as sharp or neat as I wished as I didn't have any fine nibs. Also, I often go back to old pictures and improve them so many of these might be improved in the future.
By contrast, the picture below was painted with brushes in acrylic paint on a tiny canvas. I did this a few years ago and I was pleased with it, particularly the cushions. This isn't the final version as I improved the face in a final version, but I can't find the photograph of the final picture [the original was a gift to my great-nephew's great-grandma]:
